Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician ensures food safety and quality procedures are followed, documented, and executed efficiently on the production floor. This role monitors compliance with HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs, conducts audits, and supports production with quality paperwork and training. The technician also performs calibration, pre‑op inspections, and communicates daily quality goals to maintain product specifications and regulatory standards.
