Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician monitors assigned areas to ensure processes follow proper guidelines and that products comply with SSI and customer specifications. The role involves communicating with supervisors and other departments, placing products on hold as necessary, and pulling samples for evaluations and testing. The technician evaluates finished products, raw materials, and ingredients, and participates in daily pre-operational inspections.
