About this role

The Quality Training Compliance Manager oversees and governs training compliance across AHEAD’s Foundry organization. The role ensures employees are properly trained and that training records meet ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements. It partners with department leaders and Quality and People & Culture teams to define training needs, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support audit readiness. The position focuses on compliance and governance of training rather than full instructional design ownership.
