Quality & Compliance Manager

This role supports the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technical, quality, and compliance functions to enhance customer satisfaction. The incumbent serves as the site's Management Representative for various standards, including BRC, VDA, and ISO certifications, while developing systems to guarantee product quality and integrity. Key duties include leading internal and external audits, managing HACCP risk assessments, and overseeing laboratory analysis and equipment calibration.
