Quality & Compliance Manager

A dedicated Quality professional will lead and develop the quality control and engineering teams while managing the entire Quality Management & Compliance Systems to support company growth. The role involves developing and maintaining quality processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with federal contracting requirements including ITAR, DFARS, and CMMC. This position requires a hands-on approach to leading the team and serving as a key point of communication with manufacturing, operations, customers, and suppliers.
