Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead

The Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead will report to the Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations and play a critical role in establishing a structured commitment to LEAN Methodology across all levels of the Operations Team. This role is responsible for leading improvement projects, facilitating Kaizen events, conducting LEAN training, and delivering measurable improvements to achieve cost reduction targets. The position requires strong project management skills and expertise in LEAN SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN, and the TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM to drive operational excellence.
