About this role

The Quality Control Inspector at Rennscot MFG is responsible for ensuring manufactured components meet engineering and customer specifications through rigorous inspection processes, including operating CMM inspections and conducting manual inspections with precision metrology tools. This role requires interpreting technical drawings and GD&T principles while maintaining compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards. The inspector also collaborates with engineering and quality teams on inspection-related concerns and assists with non-conformance investigations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environmentExperience running CMM programs (Zeiss/Calypso preferred)Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (FMEA, control plans, etc.)Experience working in regulated industries (aerospace, medical, automotive, etc.)To conform to US Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the US Department of State
