This role manages warranty operations, coordinates with trade partners and inspectors, and leads a team of MasterCare Superintendents and Quality Assurance Inspectors to maintain 100% completion and homeowner satisfaction. The position also involves managing departmental budgets, enforcing safety programs, and driving process improvements to enhance overall build quality and reliability.
