Quality Control Manager, Sterile

The Quality Control Manager, Sterile at Hims & Hers is responsible for overseeing all quality control activities related to compounded sterile preparations (CSPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USP <795>, <797>, and <800>. This role involves managing the sampling and testing of sterile products, coordinating with third-party labs, conducting investigations for out-of-specifications, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a robust quality control program. The QC Manager ensures proper documentation, monitors environmental processes, and supports audits and regulatory inspections, thereby safeguarding patient safety and product quality.
