Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will oversee laboratory operations and testing activities for raw materials, in-process materials, intermediates, and finished APIs at Phlow, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This role involves building and leading a team of laboratory professionals while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and data integrity. The position requires close collaboration with the Analytical Development team and other cross-functional partners to strengthen the quality organization.
