Quality Control Manager

This role is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing project quality management and technical engineering support activities on large industrial, federal, and heavy civil construction projects. The position leads project quality programs, technical reviews, and constructability initiatives to ensure work is executed safely and in compliance with contract requirements. It serves as a key liaison between operations, engineering, project management, and government representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
