The Quality Control Technician performs a variety of laboratory analyses and in‑process testing on food products, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes conducting salt, acidity, moisture, fat, viscosity, pH, and other tests, as well as monitoring production lines for weight, seal integrity, and coding, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting special projects.
