Quality Control Supervisor

The Quality Control Supervisor leads the team in delivering safe, high-quality products while driving performance across safety, quality, service, and efficiency. This hands-on role spends approximately 75% of the time on the production floor coaching employees, overseeing inspections and testing, and ensuring processes meet the highest standards. The position involves managing quality control operations, promoting safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, and developing team goals and training programs.
