RTC
The Quality Control Supervisor oversees quality inspection activities and mitigates risk across in-process and finished goods to ensure product conformity and support on-time delivery. This role drives the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection protocols, proactively identifies risks, resolves non-conformities, and supports cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Project Management. The position plays a key role in protecting customer satisfaction, brand integrity, and operational excellence through direct leadership and team development.
