Quality Control

This role involves overseeing quality-related issues within the manufacturing team, conducting daily inspections for in-process and final products, and collaborating with production to resolve quality concerns efficiently. The position requires performing product and process audits, assisting in the development of procedures, and supporting quality awareness training across departments. Additionally, the incumbent will participate in new product launches and assist in recruiting and training new team members.
