Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator supports Voltava’s commitment to zero defects and customer satisfaction across build and assembly operations by monitoring quality performance and supporting problem-solving on the production floor. This role involves coaching and training team members on quality practices, performing inspections, and partnering with leadership to resolve concerns quickly. The position follows a second shift schedule after an initial training period.
