Quality Director

The Quality Director at Samaritan leads organization-wide quality improvement and risk management initiatives across the hospital and clinic, focusing on training, education, and empowerment of staff to embed quality and process improvement principles. This full‑time, exempt role reports to the Chief of Patient Care Services and oversees a team of project managers, analysts, and coordinators while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
