Quality Disposition Supervisor

The Quality Disposition Supervisor leads the team responsible for batch dispositions and site disposition reviews to meet supply commitments at the Rensselaer site. This role acts as the primary gatekeeper for the disposition process, ensuring compliant batch record reviews, closure of deviations and CAPAs, and assessment of change controls. The position involves mentoring team members, developing qualification programs, and serving as a subject matter expert for quality issues related to batch release.
