About this role

This role involves leading teams to investigate customer escapes and non-conformances, determining corrective actions, and performing audits on products and processes. The position requires interfacing with engineering groups and customer support to resolve technical quality issues related to engine manual repairs and implementing regulatory changes. Candidates will provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors while actively participating in plant-wide teams to support CORE goals.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to investigate root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances
Review and approve First Article inspections and Process Tryouts
Perform product, process, and work instruction audits
Interface with Engineering groups to resolve technical quality issues
Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
