About this role

The Quality Engineer will implement and develop quality engineering and customer quality flow‑down requirements throughout the proposal and program life cycle for the Focal Planes Operations group. The role involves creating and tailoring quality plans, conducting first article inspections, and providing performance data using predictive and proactive metrics. The engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, customers, and government representatives to ensure program risks are identified, contained, and managed.
