Avidbots
We are seeking a hands-on and highly collaborative Quality Engineer to support supplier quality, manufacturing, engineering, field service, and overall quality improvement activities. This role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues throughout the product lifecycle, from incoming materials and production builds to field and service returns. The position combines engineering-level problem solving with hands-on quality activities, including inspections, audits, failure analysis, data analysis, supplier quality management, and production support.
Avidbots designs and sells autonomous floor-scrubbing robots for commercial and industrial spaces — notably the Neo, Neo 2W, and Kas — to automate routine cleaning tasks. Their systems pair on-board perception and navigation with cloud-based fleet management (Avidbots Command Center) to enable remote monitoring, analytics, and over-the-air updates. Avidbots also provides deployment, training, and ongoing service to maximize uptime and compliance. Customers in retail, airports, manufacturing, warehousing, and facility management use Avidbots to reduce labor costs, improve cleaning consistency, and gain operational insights.
