Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will develop and implement quality assurance programs to verify conformance of manufactured components and finished products to established specifications and quality standards at the New Holland, PA manufacturing plant. This on-site role involves providing quality support to production and engineering teams, leading quality initiatives for launch programs, and facilitating continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. The position requires championing the resolution of quality failures, managing supplier quality documentation, and contributing to the ongoing development of the plant's Quality Management System.
