Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer leads end-to-end technical management of customer claims, performing failure analysis, root cause investigation, and CAPA ownership to ensure timely and consistent resolution. This role serves as a single-point quality interface, advising business lines on design improvements and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The position is based in Beresfield, NSW, with potential travel requirements.
