Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for real-time problem solving, process improvements, and managing customer and internal quality system requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working directly on the production floor to identify root causes, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with customer, AS9100, and internal quality standards. The position requires proactive decision-making and technical expertise to support critical hardware manufacturing for defense and aerospace programs.
