Malibu Boats
The Quality Engineer supports all quality functions and supervises Process Auditors to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues for marine seat and back cover assemblies. This role partners with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement robust quality systems, develop PPAP packages, and reduce the cost of poor quality. The position requires leading root cause investigations, managing supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.
