Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer supports all quality functions and partners with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues. This role leads efforts to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality, including rework and defects, while implementing robust quality systems to support world-class manufacturing standards. The position requires direct communication with stakeholders on critical quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure exceptional customer experience through flawless product quality.
