Malibu Boats
The Quality Engineer supports day-to-day quality assurance and continuous improvement activities at the assigned MBI brand/plant location, ensuring products meet Malibu Boats' quality, performance, and safety standards. This role partners with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to identify, contain, and eliminate defects, supports new product introduction, and drives structured problem solving to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty cost.
