About this role

The Quality Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving permanent corrective actions, sustaining compliance to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role requires strong plant-floor engagement, technical problem solving, and ownership of the corrective action process. The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Customers to eliminate defects, reduce scrap, and improve process capability.

Responsibilities

Lead corrective action reports and facilitate 8D problem-solving activities
Perform measurement system analysis and capability studies
Support APQP activities and prepare PPAP submissions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical fieldASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)Six Sigma Green Belt
