Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer role supports customer satisfaction and drives continuous improvement within an ISO TS-16949 / IATF 16949 environment. This position serves as a liaison for problem-solving between customers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure quality throughout the supply chain. The role involves managing quality-related issues, conducting root cause analysis for customer complaints, and leading corrective action processes. Additionally, the engineer collaborates with Process Engineering and Product Development teams to enhance business process efficiency and supports product development approvals.
