About this role

The Quality Engineering Manager leads and mentors a team of quality engineers and specialists to execute daily manufacturing quality operations, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards and driving continuous improvement across Blue Origin's production facilities. This role partners with engineering, supply chain, and test teams, represents quality in hardware acceptance and launch readiness reviews, and interfaces with regulatory agencies and customers.
