Quality Engineering & SIT Delivery Lead

The Quality Engineering & SIT Delivery Lead oversees end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) delivery for CCS releases, managing scope, risk assessment, capacity planning, and launch assurance. This role involves leading a team of 8–10 members, driving automation adoption, and improving test effectiveness to reduce production defect leakage.
