Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement activities within defense manufacturing
Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and defense industry regulations
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective preventive actions
Manage supplier quality performance and conduct qualification assessments
Support internal and government audits including DCMA and DCAA interactions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field12+ years of quality assurance experience in defense or aerospace industryActive or ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
