About this role

This role is a leadership position for a new Advanced Casting Foundry within Pratt & Whitney's Quality Engineering team. The leader will drive compliance, manage operational quality issues, lead process improvements using Lean strategies, and support FAA and AS9100 scope expansions. Candidates must oversee resource allocation to meet customer demands while defining QMS improvements for this greenfield business environment.

Responsibilities

Drive culture of compliance through strong collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing teams
Lead Process Improvement opportunities using DMAIC, CORE and Lean Strategies
Identify and establish required QMS improvements to support new internal product lines
Lead activities to support FAA and AS9100 scope expansion
Provide technical expertise of non-conforming material through the Material Review Board process
