Quality & Food Safety Manager

The Quality & Food Safety Manager organizes and supervises laboratory activities, including analytical controls and the development of new analysis methods, under the direction of the Factory Director. This role leads and coordinates quality control laboratory operations, maintains quality management systems, and ensures compliance with HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards. The position also involves managing product traceability, non-conformities, and external analysis services while fostering a strong safety culture within the facility.
