Quality Improvement and Credentialing Manager

The role is responsible for developing and managing the annual Quality Improvement workplan, leading the Quality Improvement and Credentialing committees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO, URAC, and NCQA. The incumbent will oversee credentialing verification, conduct on‑site quality assessments, manage patient and provider satisfaction surveys, and serve as the primary contact for regulatory and audit inquiries.
