Quality Improvement Facilitator (CEN)

The Quality Improvement Facilitator supports Scarborough Health Network’s program leaders and frontline teams by using patient quality and safety measures and key performance indicators to advance organizational goals. The role contributes to the annual Quality Improvement Plan and drives continuous improvement initiatives toward Zero Harm by designing, testing, and implementing changes. The facilitator reports to the Manager, Quality and Clinical Standardization and works across hospital sites to evaluate and track performance against standards and best practices.
