About this role
The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist supports implementation of QUALITYstarsNY, New York State’s 5-Star early childhood quality rating and improvement system housed at CUNY’s Early Childhood Professional Development Institute. The role works with a caseload of participating programs across assigned regions to support continuous quality improvement and implementation of individualized Quality Improvement Plans. The position involves regular site visits, data-informed planning, and collaboration with program leadership and central office staff.
