Quality Lead Technician

The Quality Lead Technician at BioLife Plasma Services monitors center systems and activities to ensure source plasma collection and manufacturing comply with cGMP and company quality standards. The role performs technical duties across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing, provides training and leadership support to center staff, and acts as Lead Technician (or Center Supervisor by exception) when not serving as Quality Lead. The position supports audits, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with management and Quality Management Representatives.
