Quality Lead

This role leads the investigation and resolution of external failure analysis requests and customer complaints, ensuring timely closure and effective corrective actions. The position involves facilitating cross-functional root cause analysis, managing quality concerns in the Assembly Front of Line manufacturing process, and monitoring quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
