Quality Management

Under the direction of department management, this role is responsible for executing Quality Assurance strategies and tactical plans at the Berea, KY site. The position involves independent judgment within established guidelines to develop and maintain quality systems, facilitate root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires interfacing with customers and suppliers while providing data and support to other departments to reduce defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
