About this role

The Quality Manager and Responsible Person ensures all distribution activities comply with Good Distribution Practices, local regulations, and the Wholesale Distribution Authorisation. Acting as the primary liaison with the Health Products Regulatory Authority and freight forwarders, they oversee the Quality Management System, lead inspection readiness, and manage quality oversight across distribution and CMO-related activities.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with GDP and WDA requirements
Act as primary liaison with HPRA and freight forwarders
Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System
Lead inspection readiness and manage regulatory inspections
Approve GDP procedures, suppliers, and customer agreements

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or MicrobiologyAdvanced degree (preferred)
