This role oversees the Quality Management System, manages quality personnel, and ensures customer satisfaction through effective quality strategies and root cause corrective actions. The position is responsible for ISO 9001 compliance, quality metrics analysis, and leading CAPA teams to resolve customer complaints and manufacturing issues.
