This role involves building and stabilizing quality systems across a manufacturing site and laboratory that currently lacks consistent processes. The position requires a seasoned quality professional to drive change, improve validation rigor, and lead audits while partnering with manufacturing to enhance process stability. The incumbent will act as the site quality subject matter expert, overseeing root cause analysis, CAPAs, and the maintenance of an ISO-aligned Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

Build and stabilize quality systems across operations and the laboratory
Lead root cause analysis, CAPAs, and change control activities
Own validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and software validation
Strengthen and maintain an ISO-aligned Quality Management System
Lead and support internal, customer, and third-party audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field10+ years of quality experience in manufacturingExperience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001Strong FMEA and problem-solving experienceNot a first-time quality manager
