The Quality Manager will lead and continuously improve Eaton's Reynosa Quality Management System to meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the development and deployment of quality processes across incoming inspection, manufacturing, final audit, and supplier quality, while driving problem resolution, plant performance metrics, and compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and other standards. The manager also leads the quality engineering team, coordinates customer complaint handling, and has authority to halt production or shipments to address quality issues.
