The Quality Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for overseeing and improving overall plant quality through the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and root cause investigations. The role collaborates with Metal North America Quality Systems, commercial, product development, and engineering teams, while also managing supplier quality, customer relationships, and environmental sustainability efforts.
