Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the Grand Prairie, Texas manufacturing facility, developing and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure rigorous defense manufacturing standards. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality, oversee product quality from supplier qualification through final inspection, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The position focuses on continuous improvement, root cause investigations, and fostering operational excellence within a high-growth defense technology environment.
