The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and proactively developing plant quality practices, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent product quality from raw materials to finished goods. This role involves implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 22001 management systems, managing quality performance for customers and suppliers, and leading the Quality team to reduce complaints and improve processes. The position requires proactive engagement with plant teams, customer interfaces, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
