Quality Manager

This role leads and strengthens the quality function for a precision manufacturing operation serving aerospace and defense applications, taking ownership of the Quality Management System to drive product quality and operational performance. The position involves supervising and developing a quality team while partnering with Engineering and Operations to implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on expertise in ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, FAI and SCAR documentation, and root cause analysis to reduce defects and customer complaints.
