Quality Manager

This role is responsible for maintaining and proactively developing plant quality practices, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent product quality from raw materials to completion. The position involves managing quality ISO and Food Safety management systems, overseeing customer and supplier quality performance, and leading the Quality team to reduce complaints and implement preventive measures. The role also includes managing the QA Lab, responding to customer audits and complaints, and driving continuous improvement through benchmarking and quality initiatives.
