Quality Manager

This role manages the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures using statistical quality control, Lean Manufacturing, and Six-Sigma tools. The position oversees the Quality Management System, coordinates supplier quality actions, and ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The manager leads investigations into quality discrepancies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains performance metrics to achieve business goals.
